Savoury & Spicy Roasted Almonds
  • 200 g raw, unsalted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • black pepper, to taste
  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well to coat the nuts in the oil and spices. Season with pepper.
  2. Place on the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C or until lightly golden. Toss the tray once or twice during the cooking time. Take care not to burn them.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
