Today’s menu plan marks a full month of sharing my weekly plan. I have found it so helpful in minimizing waste and making sure ingredients are used up. It has also really focused my mind to maximise food prep. To prep for this week I made:
- cheese & herb muffins
- boiled eggs
- oven-cooked bacon (how to post coming soon) and
- breakfast quesadilla‘s from Well Plated by Erin.
These will become grab ‘n go dinners, lunches and snacks for this week.
